Anne Jacoby, Founder and CEO of Spring Street Solutions co is an Entrepreneurial business leader and facilitator focused on creativity, the growth mindset, diversity + inclusion, and leadership within the workplace. Anne has partnered with countless companies cultivating creative, diverse, and inclusive workspaces. Her new book “Born to Create: How Creativity Sparks Connection, Innovation, and Belonging in Our New World of Work. ” was released in early February 2024.
The challenge was to design a meaningful and exciting cover that accurately captures the main thesis of the book which is creativity, innovation, and essentially collaboration. The bold design consisting of a vibrant red, and hands interacting with the title is both Anne’s and my favorite, however, Fast Company Press had a different vision. The design below is loved but not what rolled off the press.
