Kiev Bakery, holding a special place in the heart of south Brooklyn, predominantly a Ukrainian territory, has been serving traditional Ukrainian baked goods to native Brooklyn folk for over 20 years. Repositioning its brand in attempt to secure a new audience while reconnecting with the older one, Kiev Bakery's fresh new identity was inspired by its heritage. The brand system consists of colors of the Ukrainian flag and the onion-top structures of their majestic churches.
